Takes the Cake is a licensed home bakery in Salem City. The pickup address and contactless pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation email after your order is submitted.

Bakeshop ordering closes two weeks before each pickup weekend—or sooner if that week reaches capacity. Once a pickup weekend is removed from the shop, no additional orders can be accepted for that date.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Because each item is made to order, changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies outlined in the Online Shop FAQs.

Bakeshop items are ready-to-order designs created for a simple, streamlined ordering experience. Please review each product listing for available flavors, serving sizes, included décor, and personalization options.

Cakes are offered as shown unless a specific option is listed on the product page. Custom color palettes, signature flavors, major design changes, and reference-photo recreations are not available through the Bakeshop.
